Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse located in Richmond, BC, Canada.
Orders are typically processed and handed over to the carrier within 1 business day.

FREE Standard Shipping is available on orders within Canada.
Express Shipping may be available for an additional charge displayed at checkout.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination address.
Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking information is provided via email once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor its progress.

Free local pickup is available at our Richmond warehouse: 1999 Savage Rd, Richmond, BC.
Once your order is placed, please contact us via Call, Text, or WhatsApp at 672-515-6051 to schedule your pickup appointment. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.

If a shipment appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact EVPad Canada so we can assist with the carrier investigation and appropriate resolution.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please retain the product, all packaging, and shipping materials, and take photos of the damage before discarding anything.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact EVPad Canada as soon as possible.
Changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or handed over to the carrier.
Additional costs resulting from an incorrect address, such as re-shipping or carrier address-correction fees, may be the customer's responsibility.
